Paula was born and raised in Chile and now lives in New York. She is an aspiring lawyer by day and a friend, amateur baker, and forever homemaker. Her professional work is focused on immigration policy and the rights of refugees and displaced people in the united states. Beyond that, she is interested in kinship, queerness, and the ways in which people become more deeply themselves, even under unlikely circumstances.
